NuCentrum is a CRM that reads the mail, meetings and messages a company connects, and helps its team follow up. This page explains what we process, why, and how to have it removed.
Who we are
NuCentrum (nucentrum.com) is responsible for the data described here. Questions or requests: paul@nucentrum.com.
What we process
Account data: your name, email address and the workspace you belong to.
Data from connections you switch on yourself: email (Gmail, Outlook), calendars, meeting recordings and transcripts, chat messages (Slack, WhatsApp Business), and records from systems such as Teamleader or Exact. Only what you connect, and only for the workspace you connect it to.
Contact details of the people in that data (names, email addresses, phone numbers, companies), because a CRM is about them.
When a company connects a WhatsApp Business number, messages sent to that number reach NuCentrum through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. We store the message, the sender's number and profile name, and attachments, so the company's team can read and answer them. We do not use WhatsApp data for advertising and do not sell it.
Why
To provide the service: sorting the inbox, preparing replies and meetings, keeping customer records up to date. AI models process the content for that purpose only; we do not let them train on your data.
Who else processes it
Hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), AI processing (OpenAI and comparable providers), connection services (Composio, Meta, Google, Microsoft, ElevenLabs for the voice receptionist) and email delivery (Resend). Each only for its part of the service.
How long
As long as the workspace uses NuCentrum. When a connection is removed, we stop receiving data from it. When a workspace is closed, its data is deleted within 30 days.
Deleting your data
Email paul@nucentrum.com from the address you use with us, or tell us the WhatsApp number or email address concerned, and ask for deletion. We confirm and delete within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep something (for example invoices). You can also ask to see or correct your data the same way.
Security
Access is per workspace and per role; secrets such as access tokens are stored encrypted and never shown again; connections use encrypted transport.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes. Material changes are announced to account holders.
