Terms of service

These terms apply to everyone who uses NuCentrum (nucentrum.com). NuCentrum is in early access: we build it together with its first users.

The service

NuCentrum connects a company's mail, calendars, meetings, chat and business systems, and helps its team follow up: sorting, drafting, recording. Suggestions are prepared by AI; you decide what is sent or changed.

Your account and workspace

You keep your login to yourself. The owner of a workspace decides who joins it and which connections it uses, and is responsible for having the right to connect them.

Your data

Your data stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.

Fair use

Do not use NuCentrum to send spam, to break the rules of the platforms it connects to (such as WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy), or to process data you have no right to.

Early access

Features change and may be unavailable at times. We do our best to keep your data safe and the service running, but we cannot promise it is free of errors. Our liability is limited to what the law allows.

Ending

You can stop at any time; we then delete the workspace's data within 30 days. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Gebruiksvoorwaarden

Deze voorwaarden gelden voor iedereen die NuCentrum (nucentrum.com) gebruikt. NuCentrum is in vroege toegang: we bouwen het samen met de eerste gebruikers.

De dienst

NuCentrum koppelt de mail, agenda's, meetings, chat en bedrijfssystemen van een bedrijf en helpt het team opvolgen: sorteren, voorbereiden, vastleggen. Voorstellen maakt AI; jij beslist wat er verstuurd of veranderd wordt.

Je account en werkruimte

Je inlog is persoonlijk. De eigenaar van een werkruimte bepaalt wie erbij komt en welke koppelingen er zijn, en zorgt dat hij die mag koppelen.

Je gegevens

Je gegevens blijven van jou. We gebruiken ze alleen om de dienst te leveren, zoals in de privacyverklaring staat.

Redelijk gebruik

Gebruik NuCentrum niet voor spam, niet tegen de regels van de gekoppelde platforms in (zoals het WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy) en niet voor gegevens die je niet mag verwerken.

Vroege toegang

Functies veranderen en kunnen soms niet beschikbaar zijn. We doen ons best je gegevens veilig en de dienst draaiende te houden, maar kunnen niet beloven dat alles foutloos is. Onze aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot wat de wet toestaat.

Stoppen

Je kunt altijd stoppen; we verwijderen de gegevens van de werkruimte dan binnen 30 dagen. Bij misbruik kunnen we een account opschorten.
